About This Project
AMERICA, the Beautiful is an interactive web experience that celebrates the beauty, history, economy, and future of all 50 United States. Built for the United States Semiquincentennial — America's 250th birthday on July 4, 2026.
This project aims to make complex data about America accessible and engaging for everyday Americans. Every state has something beautiful, something worth celebrating, and a story worth telling. Our goal is to help every American explore their country.
